RIYADH, Saudi Arabia – November 16, 2025 – A Royal Decree has been issued assigning His Excellency Dr. Munir bin Ali Al-Qarni to serve as an Advisor for Enrichment and Training to His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, President of Religious Affairs for the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque. This new role is in addition to Dr. Al-Qarni’s current academic duties at the College of Law and Political Science at King Saud University.

Dr. Munir Al-Qarni expressed his profound gratitude and appreciation to His Excellency Sheikh Al-Sudais for this esteemed trust, affirming that serving the Two Holy Mosques is a great honor and a source of pride for anyone who receives this assignment.

Dr. Al-Qarni indicated that, God willing, he will deliver specialized training programs and inspiring enrichment courses that align with the aspirations of the Presidency’s officials and contribute to achieving the desired enrichment objectives.

He also extended his thanks to the President of King Saud University for their gracious approval and support, enabling him to undertake this noble mission. He emphasized that this support serves as an additional incentive to exert greater effort and dedication.

Dr. Munir Al-Qarni is recognized for his interest in the values of inspiration and making a positive impact. He is an active member of the “Inspiration” Society (a specialized association concerned with promoting motivation and positivity) and has launched two notable initiatives through it: “National Inspirers” and “Impact Makers”, both aimed at celebrating effective role models in society and encouraging everyone to leave a positive legacy in life.
