The property, a 237-key hotel in Barsha Heights, was recently acquired by Naumi Group, advised by SunStar Capital, the family-owned asset company founded by Executive Chairman Surya Jhunjhnuwala.
Operated by Naumi Hotels and led by Group CEO Gaurang Jhunjhnuwala, the new Dubai location joins a growing global collection of design-led boutique stays spanning Singapore, New Zealand, and Australia.
