In Egypt, Aspect is solidifying its position with its 12-acre flagship project in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement. With a total target sales of around USD 312 million, this development integrates premium residences with vibrant retail and vast green spaces. This self-sustained community aims to meet the growing demand in Egypt for modern, design-led living, aligning with the country’s rapid urban transformation.
