Excellence Combined: A Powerhouse Week of Hospitality and Foodservice Events as HORECA and Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie Riyadh Return

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 5 December 2025 – Riyadh is set to host the kingdom’s largest hospitality and foodservice week as HORECA Riyadh and Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie Riyadh return from 15–17 December 2025 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center, under the strategic partnership of the Culinary Arts Commission (CAC). Together with Saudi Elite Chefs and Host Arabia, the four events will welcome 50,000 professionals and 500 exhibitors across 42,000 sqm, creating an unprecedented platform for innovation, networking, and culinary excellence.

Organized by Semark Group, CEO Jad Taktak stated: “This edition marks the greatest alliance of hospitality exhibitions in Saudi Arabia. By uniting over 100 years of combined expertise, we are confident this collaboration will elevate industry standards and contribute to the kingdom’s rapidly growing hospitality landscape.”

The 14th edition of HORECA Riyadh will showcase cutting-edge products, advanced technologies, and world-class culinary talent. Highlights include the Hospitality Salon CulinaireBarista Competition Riyadh, and Mocktail Competition, judged by 40 international and local experts. HORECA Talks, organized by Hospitality News Middle East and Hodema Consulting Services, will feature sessions on investment, F&B innovation, and future trends. Guest of honor Guillaume Gomez, president of Groupe Gastronomie and former French ambassador for gastronomy, will return to inspire participants.

Running alongside, the third edition of Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie Riyadh will immerse visitors in the artistry of chocolate and pastry, with over 40 live demonstrations, workshops, and competitions. Renowned Belgian chocolatier Pierre Marcolini will headline as guest of honor, hosting a masterclass and joining discussions on chocolate innovation.

The week also features the second edition of Saudi Elite Chefs, celebrating Saudi culinary diversity, and the debut of Host Arabia, the international extension of Milan’s HostMilano, connecting global hospitality suppliers with regional decision-makers.

Together, these landmark events reaffirm Riyadh’s position as a premier hub for hospitality, foodservice, and gastronomy innovation, driving the kingdom’s vision of becoming a global culinary destination.
