This marks the buildup to the film’s official commercial release across cinemas in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the GCC countries, and several Arab nations starting this Thursday, June 18.
“Ezmha” stands out as one of the most highly anticipated Arab cinematic releases of the season. It delivers a deeply moving human story centering on dreams, passion, and the pivotal life choices that shape human destinies. The narrative unfolds within a compelling dramatic framework designed to resonate with a diverse audience. The film marks the cinematic directorial debut of the renowned writer and director Mohamed Sadek. It is produced by The Producers Films (Producer Hani Osama) and distributed by Qanawat Company across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and various Arab countries. The film stars an ensemble cast including Ahmed Dawood, Salma Abu Deif, Hamza Diab, Jessica Houssam El Din, and Basant Shawky.
The promotional campaign for “Ezmha” has already generated massive public engagement. The film’s official song, “Ser Waga’na” (The Secret of Our Pain), performed by Rahma Riad and Nordo, crossed over 10 million streams and views across digital platforms, topping the trending charts in several Arab countries.
Coinciding with the film’s theatrical rollout across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and Arab markets, a new promotional track titled “Bekelm Nafsy” (Talking to Myself) has been released by the celebrated artist Bahaa Sultan. This track marks the fourth musical release tied to the film. The lyrics were penned by Mahmoud Farouk, composed by Ahmed Zaeem, arranged by Amr Abdel Fattah, and mixed and mastered by Hany Mahrous, produced by The Producers.
