Riyadh, 17 November 2025: During the Cityscape Global Exhibition in Riyadh, Mountain View KSA, a leading real estate developer in the Kingdom, announced the launch of its new residential project, “Hayat.” This project, one of Mountain View’s recent ventures in the capital, Riyadh, is undertaken in partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC) and boasts total investments exceeding $600 million.
“Hayat” is positioned as one of the Kingdom’s most prominent new residential developments, strategically located in the Al-Fursan District, northeast Riyadh, offering easy access to King Khalid International Airport and Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University.
