Rikaz Announces Strategic Partnership to Launch SAR 300 Million Logistics Real Estate Fund with Logistiya and Forsa Capital

 Riyadh, November 19, 2025: Rikaz, Saudi Arabia’s leading real estate developer, announced a strategic partnership with Logistiya, a specialist in developing logistics facilities, and Forsa Capital, an investment fund management firm. The partnership will launch a logistics real estate fund with estimated investments of SAR 300 million.

The announcement was made during Cityscape Saudi Arabia 2025, currently taking place in Riyadh.

The new fund is dedicated to developing an “A-Class” warehousing facility covering approximately 67,000 square meters on a 97,000 square meter plot within Rikaz’s flagship project, The Node, in Riyadh. The state-of-the-art facility is expected to begin operations in 2027.

This collaboration reflects the partners’ strong commitment to supporting the development of the logistics sector in the Kingdom. The initiative is designed to enhance supply chain efficiency, meet the growing demand for modern logistics infrastructure, and strengthen Saudi Arabia’s ability to attract institutional capital favoring long-term income-generating assets.

This partnership aligns with a unified, forward-looking vision to create sustainable value and provide innovative development solutions that support the Kingdom’s economic transformation, recognizing that investment in the logistics sector is a key priority of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

Khalid bin Hassan Al-Qahtani, Chairman and CEO of Rikaz, expressed his enthusiasm for the launch: “Our collaboration with Logistiya and Forsa Capital to develop the first ‘A-Class’ warehouse complex within our flagship The Node project represents the culmination of our ongoing efforts to support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.”
