SEDCO and NUPCO Forge Strategic Partnership to Propel Digital Healthcare Transformation in Line with Saudi Vision 2030

RIYADH, KSA – October 30, 2025 – SEDCO, a global leader in digital transformation and smart healthcare solutions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Unified Procurement Company (NUPCO) to advance the digitization of Saudi Arabia’s healthcare sector.

The agreement, which represents a strategic alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, was formally signed on the sidelines of the Global Health Exhibition 2025 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Centre in Malham, in the presence of senior executives from both organizations.

 A Digital Leap for Healthcare Access and Efficiency This key collaboration aims to explore avenues for partnership that will significantly enhance access to healthcare services and improve the patient experience across the Kingdom by advancing digital transformation capabilities within the national healthcare system.
