RIYADH – June 3, 2026 – Saudi Venture Capital (SVC) has officially announced the appointment of Ms. Nora Alsarhan as its new Chief Executive Officer, following a resolution issued by the Board of Directors during its meeting on June 3, 2026. Ms. Alsarhan will formally assume her leadership responsibilities effective July 1, 2026.
The appointment comes as part of a structured leadership succession plan developed and overseen by the SVC Board of Directors. This transition aims to ensure institutional continuity while reinforcing SVC’s expanding role within the Kingdom’s rapidly growing private capital ecosystem.
Proven Track Record in Private Capital
Ms. Nora Alsarhan brings extensive expertise in private capital investment management and financial advisory services. Since joining SVC in June 2019, she has held several key leadership positions, serving most recently as Deputy CEO and Chief Investment Officer (CIO).
In her previous roles, Ms. Alsarhan played a pivotal role in:
- Shaping the company’s long-term corporate strategy.
- Leading its comprehensive investment agenda.
- Overseeing strategic planning, corporate governance, and institutional performance.
She holds an MBA with honors from Alfaisal University and completed the Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School. Additionally, she is a recognized Kauffman Fellow and serves on multiple boards and investment committees across both public and private sector entities in the Kingdom.
