Trendyol Accelerates KSA Expansion with Enhanced SME Support and Dedicated Seller Hub

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 18 August 2026. Trendyol, one of the world’s leading online marketplaces, is today  announcing an expanded support programme for small and medium-sized businesses onboarding to its platform in Saudi Arabia. It is introducing a 40% discount on the introductory commission rate for the first three months, double the usual 20% discount and one month longer than is typically available to new sellers as standard. Trendyol is also introducing a dedicated “Local Sellers” page on its site as a way of spotlighting homegrown brands to visiting shoppers.

Since launching in the Gulf in late 2023, Trendyol has made SME enablement a cornerstone of its regional growth, onboarding more than 15,500 regional sellers and building a seller experience designed to set businesses up for long-term success. The expanded programme gives new sellers a stronger entry point onto the platform. With more than 250,000 sellers across its footprint, Trendyol has a proven track record in scaling seller success and Saudi-based businesses will now have direct access to that infrastructure, knowledge and sales potential.

The “Local Sellers” page directly supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 agenda, which has placed the growth of homegrown brands and a thriving private sector at the centre of the Kingdom’s economic transformation, and reflects Trendyol’s long-term commitment to being a platform built for the Saudi market, not just operating within it.

“Saudi Arabia is home to some of the most driven entrepreneurs in the world, and the e-commerce opportunity in front of them is enormous. We are here to be the commerce enabler that powers the next generation of Saudi businesses,” said Mohamad ElAnsari, Chief Executive Officer, Trendyol Gulf.

Every seller joining Trendyol already benefits from: free advertising credit, priority account management, high visibility during Trendyol campaigns, and hands-on support across product uploads and the full onboarding journey, all building on the free advertising credit and dedicated support that every seller on the platform already benefits from. Supporting that is a structured training programme spanning three components: foundational e-commerce skills covering product listing, stock management, pricing, and operations; advanced modules on advertising, promotional tools, and performance analysis; and live webinars offering sellers direct access to expertise and guidance. Trendyol’s field support programme puts dedicated agents directly on the ground across Saudi Arabia, visiting businesses in person, answering questions in real time, and guiding sellers through every step of setup and launch.

SMEs can visit www.partner.trendyol.com/ro/onboarding/registration or connect with a field support agent to get started.
