Air Charter Service Officially Launches Operations in Saudi Arabia, Supporting Vision 2030’s Aviation Ambitions

RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA – Air Charter Service (ACS), a leading global aircraft charter specialist, has officially launched its operations in Saudi Arabia with the opening of its first office in Riyadh. The launch, celebrated at an exclusive event for top-tier Saudi media and key stakeholders, marks the company’s 39th global office and a significant milestone in its strategic expansion into the Middle East.

The move comes at a pivotal moment, following the General Authority of Civil Aviation’s (GACA) recent decision to open the Kingdom’s private aviation sector to global charter companies. With private business jet flights in Saudi Arabia surging by 24% year-on-year and the industry projected to reach USD 2 billion by 2030, ACS is strategically positioned to meet this rising demand.

Speaking at the launch, Elie Hanna, CEO of ACS Middle East, highlighted the company’s commitment to the Kingdom’s transformative goals. “This is more than just opening a new office—it’s about deepening our partnership with Saudi Arabia during a transformative era. We are proud to play a role in supporting Saudi Vision 2030, not only by providing premium aviation services but also by investing in local talent and forging strategic partnerships that will strengthen the Kingdom’s aviation ecosystem.”

Justin Bowman, CEO of ACS Group, underscored Riyadh’s strategic importance. “Riyadh is the political, financial, and commercial center of Saudi Arabia. Our clients value face-to-face connections, and now was the perfect time to establish a permanent presence here.” He also noted the company’s extensive experience in sectors crucial to the Kingdom’s growth, including VIP, government, sports, entertainment, and cargo charters for large-scale construction projects.

The new Riyadh office will offer a full suite of tailored private aviation services, including helicopter, private jet, and large passenger aircraft charters, aligning directly with Saudi Arabia’s National Aviation Strategy. Through its global network, ACS aims to be a key contributor to the Kingdom’s aviation ambitions by connecting Saudi Arabia to the world with reliable and high-quality charter solutions.
