ROKA to Open at Six Senses The Palm, Dubai

The new opening will mark ROKA’s second Dubai location, bringing its signature robatayaki dining style to the rooftop of one of the city’s most anticipated beachfront destinations.

Dubai: 16th June2026 – ROKA is set to enter a new chapter in Dubai with the opening of its second city outpost at Six Senses The Palm, Dubai. Located on the rooftop of the resort, the new opening will bring ROKA’s signature robatayaki dining style to one of the city’s most anticipated beachfront destinations, following five successful years in Business Bay.

ROKA at Six Senses The Palm, Dubai will be positioned as a dining destination for both the resort and its residences. As ROKA’s second location in Dubai, the opening further strengthens the brand’s presence in the UAE and across the wider GCC region, following recent openings in Kuwait, Bahrain and Riyadh.

The announcement also follows a new phase of growth for ROKA across its European counterparts, including the successful opening of ROKA Mykonos this summer. Together, these milestones reflect the brand’s continued international momentum and its ability to translate the ROKA experience across some of the world’s most dynamic lifestyle destinations.

Designed for evenings on the Palm, the new rooftop restaurant will introduce a more relaxed yet elevated side of ROKA, created for sunset gatherings, long dinners and late-night dining. While the interiors will reflect the brand’s signature aesthetic, warm, contemporary and refined, the expansive rooftop terrace will be one of the defining features of the venue, designed around Dubai’s love for open air dining with views across the water, golden sunsets and an atmosphere that moves naturally from early evening drinks into dinner and late night energy.

Open exclusively for dinner from 6pm onwards, the experience will focus on the evening rhythm that has made ROKA a globally recognised name. Guests can expect signature dishes from the robata grill, a refined beverage programme and the lively yet polished atmosphere that has become central to the ROKA experience.

Since opening in Business Bay, ROKA Dubai has built a loyal following and established itself as one of the city’s most consistent dining destinations. Known for its contemporary Japanese cuisine, energetic setting and distinctive robata concept, the restaurant has become a key part of Dubai’s dining landscape.

Located at Six Senses The Palm, Dubai, ROKA will bring that same energy into a new environment shaped by balance, wellbeing and considered living. Set on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, the all-suite beachfront resort marks the debut of Six Senses in the United Arab Emirates, bringing together 61 suites and 172 privately owned branded residences in a setting designed around space, connection and life by the sea.

Overlooking the Arabian Gulf, The Palm and Dubai’s skyline, Six Senses The Palm, Dubai will offer a lifestyle rooted in wellness, sustainability and thoughtful design. Against this backdrop, ROKA will add a dynamic rooftop dining layer to the resort, creating a place for residents, in house guests and visitors to gather over sunset drinks, dinner and late evening moments by the water.

As Six Senses The Palm, Dubai prepares to welcome its guests, ROKA’s arrival adds a new culinary dimension to a destination defined by wellbeing, design and a deep connection to place.

With its rooftop setting, expansive terrace and sunset to late evening dining experience, ROKA at Six Senses The Palm, Dubai is set to become one of the city’s most anticipated new openings.

Further details, including opening dates and reservations, will be announced soon.
